Our philosophy is simple; success results from successful relationships. Quality relationships with employees, investors, and vendors equate to quality relationships with our guests. Our employees are challenged to cultivate their entrepreneurial spirit with the goal of having all employees feel a sense of ownership. Ultimate guest satisfaction occurs only if our employees feel valued, empowered, and accountable. This philosophy drives our short but timeless Mission Statement, which is simply “Impress Guests”.

To create this culture it is critical that our employees see ownership leading by example. We are involved in all aspects of management and development. We personally design the building, select furniture and finishes, oversee construction, and are fully engaged in pre-opening functions as well as day to day operations.

Sterling and KVC...What we do;

Collectively, the two companies provide a full range of services for the hotel owner. Sterling Hospitality offers complete management services as well as specialized engagements for yield management, customer service enhancement, sales and marketing support, website advertising, internet distribution, and full accounting services. KVC Development performs feasibility analysis and all aspects of real estate development, construction management, remodel and renovation services, as well as FF&E selection, procurement, and installation.
