Spokane Company to Bring Marriott Hotel Suite Concept to Wenatchee

Spokane, WA, June 24, 2008 — kVc Development of Spokane, Wa., announced today that they are preparing to bring Marriott International Inc.'s SpringHill Suites concept to Wenatchee. They plan to break ground in 30-60 days with an anticipated opening of Summer 2009.

kVc Development has purchased 1.91 acres at the corner of Wenatchee Ave. and Walnut. The new SpringHill Suites by Marriott will have 109 guest rooms, all suites, featuring large plasma TV's, microwave, refrigerator, deluxe bedding package, generous work area, and high speed wireless. On-site features will include an indoor pool and spa, multiple patios with an outdoor fireplace, fitness center, 24 hour snack market and complimentary Suite Seasons hot and healthy breakfast. The SpringHill Suites will be managed by sister company Sterling Hospitality Management. It will join their eleven other properties in Washington, Idaho, Montana, Utah and Nevada, including the award-winning Holiday Inn Express in Wenatchee. (www.impressguest.com)
